What You’ll Do:
- Packing & Preparation: Safely pack and protect items using the right materials; disassemble/reassemble furniture as needed.
- Loading: Carefully load trucks, ensuring items are secure for transport.
- Transport: You may have the opportunity to drive moving trucks safely to customer locations.
- Unloading: Carefully unload trucks, ensuring items are place in the proper place at delivery.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and politely with customers and address concerns courteously.
- Team & General Duties: Conduct inventory checks, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and follow all company and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Helpers who will learn to support Crew leaders and take instructions well.
- Crew leaders must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- All must be physically able to lift heavy items and perform demanding tasks.
- All should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous moving experience is a plus but not required.
